  3.                -[( ALIASES AND WHAT THE HELL THEY DO! )]-
  4. Thing to remember:
  5.  1) Things in <>'s are REQUIRED!
  6.  2) Things in []'s are NOT REQUIRED!
  7.  3) When you see a | in ANYTHING, that means you have a CHOICE of things.
  8.  4) When installing a new plugin, you MUST put this:
  9.     /<PLUGIN NAME> {
  10.       set %pluginfo *1
  11.       set %plugact $active
  12.       set %plugchan #
  13.       play -c c:\inferno\plugins\<PLUGIN FILE.PLG>
  14.     }
  15.  5) Any commands that are /f1-12 can either be TYPED, or the respective BUTTON can be pressed.
  16.  6) For your convienence, I've alphabetized the aliases for easier finding.
  17.  7) If you STILL don't understand any of this, type /inferno and if I'm there, I'll help you out.

  19. /ascii : Plays an ascii drawing of your choosing.
  20. /delmail <NICK> : Deletes <NICK>.iml from your mail dir.
  21. /dnme : Does an automatic /dns on you.
  22. /f1 : Fires up either the mIRC help file (mirc.hlp), or this file (ifaq.txt).  Use Inferno or mIRC.
  23. /f2 : Use in a query window when someone MSG's you their XDCC request.  (Also accesible with F2 key.)
  24. /f3 : Changes the title bar to your current status (away, nethack prot, chats, chans, gets, sends.).
  25. /f4 : Turns NetHack protection (serverop) on or off.
  26. /f5 : MSGS someone with red letters (If your using mIRC 4.7+)
  27. /f6 : Fires up you Web browser, FTP, or email program.  Use FTP, WWW, or email.
  28. /f7 : If someone DCC Chated you, it would make the title bar say that they did.  Press this to "re"-dcc chat them, IF you wanna talk to them of course.
  29. /f8 : Gives you your online time.
  30. /f9 : Gets INFERNO ready for some encryption and decryption.  I made this a seperate *.ini because it takes up too much in the aliases.  Same controls in the new ini though.
  31. /f10 : Gets INFERNO ready for some XDCC Offering.  I made this a seperate *.ini file because it takes up too much in the aliases.  Same controls in the new ini though.
  32. /f12 : Recalls who and when the last person that sed UR name.
  33. /fakeop : Joins SOME channels you can fake ops on.
  34. /fakeop2 : Joins SOME channels you can fake ops on.
  35. /fakeop3 : Joins SOME channels you can fake ops on.
  36. /fakeopall : Joins all the channels you need to fake ops on the BIG ones.
  37. /fm <SOMETHING> <+|-> <SOMETHING> = <WHAT THEY EQUAL> : Just some funny math alias.
  38. /getstats <# OF DCC GET> : Returns the total stats of the DCC GET you specify (Current percentage, bytes recieved, total bytes, bytes REMAINING coming soon, file name, who UR getting it from).  (Revised.  (Slight error in original.))
  39. /h <CHANNEL> : Joins then parts the same channel.  (No # required.)
  40. /i-n : Tells the window UR on what UR using.
  41. /i-nf : Like /i-n, but says our call line with it.
  42. /i <NICK> <CHANNEL> : Invites someone to a channel.  (No # required.)
  43. /in : Tells everyone what UR using.
  44. /inf : Like /in, but says our call line with it.
  45. /inferno : Joins #INFERNO, but with the weird letters making it easier.
  46. /ipic : Plays the official INFERNO ascii drawing.  (c) 1996 TouchCom Productions.
  47. /itop : Changes the topic in a channel to "-[( <WHATEVER> )]-"
  48. /j <CHANNEL> : Joins a channel and will tell you how long it took to join.  (No # required.)
  49. /klugs <start|nutha|end> : OK PEOPLE!  Back by POPULAR demand, KLUGS!  This is v1.4 of the thing.  And it WERX!  Fun game much like Jumble!
  50. /leet : Runs the notepad type program that came w/ INFERNO and the file you specify.
  51. /leetnew : Starts a new LEeTPaD document.
  52. /look : Every once in a while will tell everone that UR looking for a program or something.
  53. /math <NUMBER> <+|-|\|*|%> <NUMBER> [-s] : *Does UR math and echos the answer back.
  54. /massdeop <NICK1-12(You might not need this many)> : Deops many people at once.
  55. /n <CHANNEL> : Tells you the names of people on a channel.  (No # required.)
  56. /newmail <NICK> <MESSAGE> : Make a new mail message for <NICK>.
  57. /nin64 : Joins #nintendo and #nintendo64, my two fave chans.
  58. /noticetop : Makes a topic with a notice in it.
  59. /nt <NICK> : Adds or takes off someone on UR notify list.
  60. /p <CHANNEL> : Parts the specified channel.  (No # required.)
  61. /pa : Announces to the channel somthing important.
  62. /pg <NICK> : CTCP PAGE's someone.
  63. /pi <NICK> : CTCP PING's someone
  64. /random <b|o|v|k> : Randomly Bans, ops, voices, or kicks someone in the channel.
  65. /regtopic : Changes the topic to INFERNO's call line.
  66. /rev <WHATEVER> : Reverses the structure of <WHATEVER>.  (i.e. N64 RULEZ! = !ZELUR 64N (Won't do dashes.  Sorry.))
  67. /rh <CHANNEL> : Parts then joins the same channel.  (No # required.)
  68. /rk <NICK> : The kick message is somewhat like this: <RANDOM KICKING REASON>
  69. /rk2 <NICK> : The kick message is somewhat like this: <RANDOM VERB> like the <RANDOM NOUN> you are.
  70. /rq : Quits you with a random quit message like "-[( INFERNO 1.3b1 GOLD EDITION by R-66Y and [eXo] -[( www.flash.net/~pnance )]-."
  71. /saykick <NICK> : Puts a word kick on someone.
  72. /sendstats <# OF DCC SEND> : Returns the total stats of the DCC SEND you specify (Current percentage, bytes acknowledged, total bytes, bytes REMAINING coming soon, file name, who UR sending it to).  (Revised.  (Slight error in original.))
  73. /setidle : Sets your idletime until the autoaway is activated.  If this is your first time with INFERNO, then you won't have one set.  If you connect without one set, you'll get a notice telling you to.
  74. /shifts - Changes the topic to "---===]}> The <WHATEVER> Shift <{[===---"
  75. /takeover : Sets up for an auto-takeover.  (Must be an op)
  76. /take-OVER : Ends the takeover process.
  77. /tb <NUMBER OF SECONDS> <NICK> <REASON> : Temporarily bans and kicks a person for how ever long you specified.
  78. /topic1 : A neat topic design.
  79. /topic2 : A neat topic design.
  80. /topic3 : A neat topic design.
  81. /topic4 : A neat topic design.
  82. /topic5 : A neat topic design.
  83. /topic6 : A neat topic design.
  84. /topic7 : A neat topic design.
  85. /tq : Quit and tells everyone how much time you've "wasted" on IRC.
  86. /uc <NICK> : Gets you someone FULL info.
  87. /v <NICK> : CTCP VERSION's someone.
  88. /vote : Activates the INFERNO voting system.
  89. /votecheck : Echos to you, the nick of the voters so far.  (Voting MUST be activated.)
  90. /votefinish : This happens AUTOMATICALLY when you type /vote.
  91. /w <NICK> [-s] : *This will echo a users info into a window.
  92. /wme : Does an automatic /whois on you.
  93. /wt <TEXT> : Lets you talk in funny letters.
